Purpose
The overview provides you with cross-cash desk and cross-branch displayof cash desk closing performed. In the cash journal, you can onlydisplay cash desk closing for the current cash desk and branch. Thistransaction enables you to display cash desk closing for several cashdesks and branches dependent on the selection criteria Cash Desk,Branch , Date of Cash Desk Closing, Closing Created By
, and Status of Cash Desk Closing.
The closing data is displayed sorted by branch, cash desk, and date ofclosing.
Only the closing data permitted according to the role of the currentuser is displayed. The following roles are considered:
Branch manager
Cashier with special authorizations
Cashier
The data display and the functions agree with the display of cash deskclosing in the cash journal. The fields Branch and Cash Desk are displayed in addition in the tree of grouping fields.
With the function Reprint Closing, you can create a reprint orcopy of the closing printouts.
The functions Lots/Documents, Display Differences,Display Deposits, and Display Withdrawals enable a moredetailed document display for a selected closing.
You can also display archived entries. To do this, set the relevantindicator on the selection screen. However, when displaying archivedentries, you cannot display detail data such as lots, documents,differences, and so on, and you cannot print closing.

Integration

Prerequisites
You should only use this report if the cash journal has been activated,and within the cash journal, the cash desk closing. Otherwise no cashdesk closing data arises for you to display.
If no roles are active in the cash desk, all cash desk closings thatmeet the selection criteria are displayed.
