SAP Program RFKK_ORG_MODEL_CM_ERP - FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY - Create CM Organization Model in ERP

Purpose
You can use this program to automatically create the organizationalmodel for Collections Management. You can also use it to assign one ormore users to different positions in the organizational model.

Features
Creation of CM Organizational Model
The following organizational model is created automatically:

  • Org. unit: Collections Department 1

    • Task: FICA Collections Department
    Position: Collection Department 1 Manager
    • Org. unit: Collections Group 1

      • Task: FICA Collections Group
      Position: Collections Group 1 Supervisor
      Position: Collections Specialist 1
      • Org. unit: Collections Group 2

        • Task: FICA Collections Group
        Position: Collections Group 2 Supervisor
        Position: Collections Specialist 2
        If the CM organizational model has already been created, the radiobutton for creating the organizational model is grayed out.
        Assignment of user to positions in the organizational model
        The user specified in the User List field is assigned to theselected positions in the organizational model. If several users are tobe assigned, you can enter the user names in the User List fieldwith a space between each name.
        If the CM organizational model has not been created yet, the radiobutton for user selection is grayed out.
        • Position: Collections Department 1 Manager

          • To be able to manage worklists for Collections Management in ERP(transaction FPWLM), the user must be assigned to a senior position.Managers of a collections department can distribute all work itemsassigned to their department (Collections Department 1 + CollectionsDepartment 2) to their employees.
          • Position: Collections Group 1 Supervisor (the same applies for
            • position Collections Group 2 Supervisor)
            To be able to manage worklists for Collections Management in ERP(transaction FPWLM), the user must be assigned to a senior position.Supervisors of a collections group (who are responsible for a workgroup) can distribute all the work items assigned to the work group totheir employees.
            • Position: Collections Specialist 1 (the same applies for position
              • Collections Specialist 2)
              Users must be assigned to this position if they want to display andprocess work items in the IC Web Client. They can then display the workitems that are assigned to them and their group.
              Note
              You can determine the organizational units that are relevant for CM bythe assigning tasks to organizational units (FICA CollectionsDepartment, FICA Collections Group). The tasks are alsoresponsible for the automatic assignment of work items.
