Purpose
The program imports a file with the business partner extract (reducedpartner data) in the tables DFKKGP_SHORT.

Prerequisites
The file must have a format specified in the documentation forFPDE_EXP.The file must not be created by FPDEP_EXP;an extract can also containbusiness partners from external systems.

Selection
Enter the name of the required extract file. If there is already anextract with this name in the database, you can overwrite the existingextract or only import the parameters that are not yet in the database.

Output
In addition to the number of partners imported, the program alsoprovides the number of defective partners. The cause of the error isusually a duplicate partner number.
