Purpose
If a returns lot has already posted, meaning that all returns have a
clarification document or have been postd correctly, you cannot repost
the complete lot in FP09 to process the clarification cases again. If
these clarification cases arose from a global error that has since been
corrected, you can use this report to post the clarification cases
again.
