Purpose
You can use this report to delete entries from the telephone list fordunning. Table DFKKCFDUNTEL is affected. This table is notarchived.

Prerequisites
For deletion you need the authorization for authorization objectF_KKDUTL.

Features

Selection
You can restrict the selection to one company code. Note that theentries in the telephone list that originate from correspondence dunningdo not have to have a company code.
Using the double date selection you can delete entries with the status"Completed" earlier than entries with another status. The reference dateis the date of issue of the dunning notice.
If you enter an earlier date as the selection date for thestatus-independent deletion, the report ignores this entry.
For "Completed" entries and entries not yet "Completed", the minimum ageis fixed at 30 or 100 days.

Output
The report specifies how many table lines were deleted.
