Report RFKKINFAR01 carries out the first step in archiving datain information containers in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable(FI-CA): Writing data to the archive.
Report RFKKINFAR02 carries out the second step:Deletion of this data from the database based on the archive previouslycreated.
All entries are archived whose

• Status is either 1 (Container Data Sent) or 2 (

Container Data (Partially) Not Sent without Errors)

• Shipping date is far enough in the past (with reference to archiving key
date and residence time)
The archiving object is FI_MKKINF.

The program also checks whether the life defined in Customizing has beenexceeded. Archiving only takes place if the check has been runsuccessfully.
