Purpose
The line item list displays individual postings that were aggregated andtransferred from FI-CA to the general ledger of PSM by means of generalledger transfer.
The documents of a reconciliation key in FI-CA are aggregated based onfixed criteria and stored in the general ledger as totals documents. Theline item list displays the corresponding FI-CA single documents for adocument item of that totals document.
The line item list is accessed in the programs RFFMEP1FX andRFFMEP1AX. If the selection of these programs includes documentscreated by the general ledger transfer from FI-CA, a dialog is displayedafter such a document is selected in which the detail display isqueried.
You access this report by selecting the line item list.
The FI-CA and PSM documents are displayed separately, separated bysubtotals. The sum of all documents should be zero.
Selecting an FI-CA document takes you to the detailed display for thatdocument.

Integration
PSM and FI-CA could be running in separate systems. In this case, theline item list is accessed through an RFC-capable function module. Forthis reason, both systems must be available and the FI-CA system must beconfigured as the target system for RFC calls in the ALE configuration.In addition, distribution of the generated general ledger documents mustbe set up for both systems (automatic transfer of the general ledgerdocuments generated in FI-CA to the PSM system through ALE/IDOCs).
