Description
In the changeover of local currency to euro, report RFKKEWU2 checkswhether there are mass runs in Contract A/R & A/P that have not yetbeen processed fully or that are scheduled. The report is included inthe log processing and status management of the euro standard package.
"Suspended postings" are prepared in the local currency by mass runsthat are not yet processed fully or that are scheduled,
These may, under no circumstances, be posted after changeover sincethey still have the old local currency.
At the start of changeover, there may be no more of these "suspendedpostings".
For the following processes, checks are carried out to see if there areruns that have not yet been processed or if there are runs scheduled.

• Payment rus


• Dunning runs


• Interest runs


• Data transfer runs of all types


• Also, all reconciliation keys must be transferred (if necessary, also
copied into the profitablilty analysis (CO-PA)).
Report RFKKEWU2 runs in different phases of euro changeover. This iswhy the report ends with a different status in each phase.

PHASE ANALYSIS:
You prepare your system for changeover here. The report RFKKEWU2 mustrun once in this phase to highlight any mass runs as described above.
In order to avoid any unnecessary burden on your system, this reportnever ends with an Error in the analysis phase. If there are anysuch mass runs then it ends with a Warning, but you mustremember to finish the mass runs and make sure that no new jobs havebeen scheduled.

PHASE FILL - START OF DOWNTIME:
This phase is the last opportunity for the application to check theconsistency of the system with regard to changeover.
Report RFKKEWU2 runs here also - however this time it ends with anError if there is a mass run of this type. If this is the case,changeover is terminated. This phase will not end with a Warningstatus.
