Program RFKKAR30 carries out the first step of archiving forarchiving requests in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA):It creates a request archive.
Program RFKKAR31 carries out the second step thatdeletes requests based on the archive already created.
The Archiving object is called FI_MKKORDR.

The program tests the status of the selected requests and archives themaccording to the time schedule. The runtime of the requests can bedefined in Customizing, whereby a runtime of 90 days is the minimum.exceeded. If the runtime is less than 90 days, the system corrects thevalue automatically to 90 days.
