SAP Program RFIDSE_DUNN_EBPOST - Dunning (Sweden): Convert to MultiCash Format

Description
You use this report to process files from collection agencies. Thereare two types of files:

  • Confirmations of receipt

  • The report displays the information as a list only.
    • Lists of interest and charges arising from dunning

    • The report displays the information as a list and converts it into astatement file and a line item file in MultiCash format.
      You can tell which type of file it is by the file name. Confirmationsof receipt follow the naming convention DUNN__
      _INF (for example, DUNN_001_SE01_INF). Files with dunninginterest and charges end with a serial four-digit number issued by thecollection agency: DUNN___ (forexample, DUNN_001_SE01_1234).
      When the report lists the data from confirmations of receipt, it addsto the text of each line item the document number issued by thecollection agency. You can access a customer's or vendor's dunning databy positioning the cursor on the customer or vendor number and choosingDunning data.
      For files of dunning interest and charges, the report displays theinformation as a list and creates a statement file and a line item filein MultiCash format. You can then import and process these files usingthe electronic bank statement functions. For customers' and vendors'interest and charges, the external transaction codes SE0, SE1/SE2, andSE3 are used. The codes must be assigned to the correctposting rules.

      Required entries

      • Company code

      • Run date

      • The day on which the report is to be run, usually the day's date.
        • Collection agency

        • The house bank ID used for the collection agency.
          • Account number

          • Your account number at the collection agency.
            • Name of source file

            • The name of the file from the collection agency.

              Optional entries

              • Read from PC

              • Reads the source file from the PC. If you do not select this option,the system reads the file from the server.
                • Write to PC

                • Saves the statement data as a PC file. If you do not select thisoption, the system saves the data as a server file.
                  • Name of statement file, Name of line item file

                  • The files that the statement data is to be saved in. If the source fileis a file of dunning interest and charges, you cannot change the nameproposed by the system.

                    Output
                    The system creates the aforementioned lists with the imported lineitems. If the source file is a statement file, the system also createsa statement file and a line item file. If the files are to be createdon the server, they are stored under the path defined in includeRFIDSEDUNNBLOCK, where it can also bechanged. PC files are created inthe current directory on your PC.
