Purpose
Online generated payment requests are released for payment on beingcreated, provided the user has authorization for the company code andthe origin (authorization object F_PAYRQ, activity '02'). If thisauthorization is lacking, the payment request is generated but itcannot yet be processed by the payment program for payment requests asit has not been released. In this case a different user who does haverelease authorization must use this program to release the paymentrequest for payment.
