Purpose
This program initializes the new account assignment fields 'Grant','Funded Program' and 'Functional Area' in the line item tables of FundsManagement (FMIFIIT and FMIOI). This ensures that the line item tablesand total records table (FMIT) contain the same information. Withoutthis matching, serious errors can occur in the information system orwith the payment selection.

Features
Note that the program runs a long time. To estimate the running time,you can assume that about 1 million records are initialized per hour.
SAP therefore recommends that you run the program in thebackground.
If the program terminates, you can restart it again at any time.Records already processed are not considered again by the program.

Output
The initialization of fields occurs in all clients. No adjustment apartfrom this initialization takes place in the database.
