Earmarked funds: Display amount history

Purpose
This report displays the history of the amount for the use ofValue adjustment documents
for each document item you have selected. It differentiates betweenapproved value adjustable documents and those that have not yet beenapproved.

Example
An earmarked fund was created with the amount 1.000 USD.
Two changes were made to this amount;
a value increase of 200 USD and a decrease in value of 30 USD.
The program displays the following amounts:
Document amount: 1.000 USD
+ 200 USD Value adjustment 1
- 30 USD Value adjustment 2
