Purpose
This program converts the funds centers of an FM area fromyear-dependent to year-independent.
If former budgeting is active, the parent funds center(also known as the superior funds center) is compared. When thecomparison indicates different values in this field over time, the useris informed.
When you run the program in test mode (by checking the relevant box inthe selection screen), no database updates take place and the conversionfrom year dependent to year independent is not carried out. You arestrongly advised to do this before performing a live run.
The program uses the fiscal year entered to obtain the hierarchy variantthat would be used as the hierarchy variant for the year-independentfunds centers.
