Purpose
The SF-133 provides information about how budgetary resources were madeavailable as well as their status at the end of the period. SF 133reports on account-level information. This statement can be used tosupport management analysis of operations as well as GPRA analysis. Therequirements for this report are published; they specify its output indetail, as well as the characteristics behind each reporting line, in acrosswalk.

Integration
The report is created using the ALV toolset. It supports definingreporting lines displayed inside of a reporting layout customizingtool, capture of prior reported information, drilldown.

The report layout definition is assigned to a report by means of itsprogram ID. The definition should be that all layouts SAP deliversstart with a number. Customers can define their layouts within the Z orY name range. Each new sequence needs to be associated with a reportlayout.
The reporting line displays the line number. One line can be made up ofmultiple sequences. Necessary information for each line is whether todisplay the line, display the line number, as well as thecharacteristics information defined by the crosswalk.
In addition to the crosswalk and to achieve a proper drilldown, thecharacteristics are grouped so that they do not exclude themselves. Thereport layout definition can be displayed using reportRFMFGRLAYOUT. This report contains moreinformation on the report layout definition.

Drill down by double-clicking the reporting line and column. Dependingon the column the drilldown into the referencing fiscal year will beperformed. The drilldown goes through a selection process to find thelowest level of the characteristic definition for this reporting line.The report called is the standard receiver report for drilldown on allFederal ledgers RFFMFG_FMUSFGA.

Prerequisites
The report requires specification of the reporting layout. It shouldrepresent the crosswalk definition in a 1:1 ratio. The individualtransactions collected in this report should enter their informationper crosswalk definition. Main characteristic is the SGL account incombination with the FACTS II federal ledger.

Selection
Company code, to fiscal year, and the "to" period are requiredinformation on the selection screen. This report is an annual reportdistributing the activity based on the starting date of the applicationof fund. Note that periods 13 through 16 are specified by the federalgovernment. The organizational level can be defined using theapplication of funds.

Output
The output displays the key figures by fiscal year and reporting line.The report displays the last 6 of history and adds them into a totalcolumn. The report also outputs the entered selection screen. Thisinformation sheet comes out automatically, appended to the statementduring a background print process.
