Title
Reproduce an IPAC Bulk File Sent to the Treasury - US Fed. ReproductionProcess.

Purpose
This process is to reproduce a previous created IPAC Upload OutgoingBulk File. The process uses the unique file identification number toretrieve the payments and collections resided in previous outgoing bulkfile.
The program handles both collection and payment transactions. Its mainfunction is to reproduce the previous outgoing bulk file only. Thedatabase is not updated at all.

Prerequisites
A valid IPAC Upload Outgoing Bulk File was created and sent to treasury.

Selection
The input interface of the program is US Federal IPAC Bulk FileReproduction Process. The selection screen has the followingsections:

• Sender Information

Use this section to enter information on the IPAC bulk file sender,including their Agency Location Code and Company Code.

• Outgoing File Information

Use this section to specify the file ID of reproducing file and whetherthe reproduced bulk file should be downloaded to a local workstation oran application server.

Output
A standard ALV list and error log is generated to reflect the contentsof the IPAC bulk file and its processing status.
