Use
This program displays annual budget values separately for individualperiods. Annual budget values are available for an individual fiscalyear in the budget or as secondary funds. When entering budget, you candistibute these values to specific periods. The program evaluates thehierarchy documents saved in the system by generating a list of allbudgeting documents that meet the selection criteria, this list issorted by document number. The list makes it possible to track thedevelopment of a specific budget and is therefore particularly usefulfor checking the budgeting process. However, it does not show how muchbudget specific Funds Management AccountAssignments actually have

Integration
You can go from any of the Line Items displayeddirectly to the document display.

Prerequisites
Annual budget values must exist for individual periods in the chosen FMarea/fiscal year. This means that an appropriate budget profile must beassigned for the evaluated FM area. This budget profile is defined inthe Customizing of Funds Management. For more information on the budgetprofile, see Set Up Budget Profiles .
