Year-End Closing: Carried Forward Commitments and Budget

Use
This program displays the commitments, budget for commitments andbudget for a fiscal year that has been carried forward to the followingyear.
In addition to other amounts, these values represent the totals foreach FM Account Assignment for boththe payment budget and the commitment budget.

Integration
For carried forward items, you can go from each total (commitments) toa list of relevant line items.
Reversed items appear in the list, but you cannot go to the line itemsfor these line items.

Prerequisites
The year-end change operations (commitments carryforward and budgetcarryforward) must have been executed in the update run for the fiscalyear entered.

Three values are displayed:

• Commitments carried forward for each Value type


• Budget for commitments carried forward


• Budget carried forward

In each case, the list shows the sender and receiver accountassignment.
