Annual Budget: Line Items According to Document Number

Use
This program displays annual budget values. These are budget valuesthat exist in the budget or as funds from secondary sources forindividual fiscal years.
When you enter budget, the system saves a hierarchy document. Thisprogram evaluates these hierarchy documents by generating a list,sorted by document number, of all budgeting documents that fulfill theselection criteria. In this list, you can see how budget has come intobeing. Therefore it is particularly useful for checking the budgetingprocess. The list does not however show how much budget is actuallyavailable for specific FM AccountAssignments.

Integration
You can go to the document display from any of theLine Items displayed.

Prerequisites
Annual budget values must exist in the FM area/fiscal year selected.The basis for this is the assignment of a relevant budget profile forthe evaluated FM area. This budget profile is determined in theCustomizing of Funds Management. For more information on the budgetprofile, see Set Up Budget Profiles.
