Purpose
This report displays individual entry documents. The print functionalityis accessible from the displayed document. Please note that onlyeffective documents can be displayed and printed. Held documents onlyexist within the budgeting workbench and are not included in thisreport.
You can navigate to linked documents (original/reversal, relateddocuments, documents of the family).

Integration
This report is used to display:

• one budget entry document from the selection list based on header or
on line data

• one budget entry document in the budgeting workbench before printing


• one accounting document created for a budget entry document in a chain


• various entry documents from other areas.

Selection
The report parameters correspond to the document key:


• FM area


• Document year


• Document number

Output
The values are always displayed in the user interface format.
