Purpose
Use this program to archive data of FM budget entry documents (archivingobject FM_ED) from database tables FMBH and FMBL (header and lines ofthe entry document respectively).

Features
Data selected for archiving is stored in archive file(s) if all of thefollowing conditions are fullfilled:

• the selection criteria are fulfilled


• the document status is one of the following: "posted", "preposted" or
"undone"

• the reversal status is one of the following: "normal" or "'reversal" or
"reversed"

• all lines must have their fiscal year in the past (lower than the
current fiscal year).
From the technical point of view, all records with an identical FM area,document year and budget entry document number are grouped in therespective data objects.

Selection
You can limit the amount of data for archiving by selecting the FM area,document year, entry document numbers, the to-fiscal year, fund andversion. You must enter a "To-fiscal year". All archivable data up untilthe "To-fiscal year" is archived, provided the above conditions havebeen fulfilled.
