Copying a cover pool

Purpose
The program copies the account assignments over to a certain fundscenter of a cover pool on another funds center that either belongs tothe same or another cover pool.

Prerequisites

• The target cover pool must already exist.


• The target account assignment must be a budget object and is not yet
allowed to be assigned to another cover pool.

Output
The program generates a list of all inconsistencies that occur. Thelist displays the following data:


• FM area


• Year (in which the control data should have been created )


• Funds center


• Fund


• Commitment item


• Error message

Activities
In order to eliminate inconsistencies before the real run you shouldfirst of all execute this program in the test run, as data is writteninto the database with the real run.
