Deleting Commitment Data (Free Selection)

Purpose
This program deletes the lines items of the commitment data in FundsManagement for the documents selected and adjusts the correspondingtotals records.
The program resets the following tables:

• FMIOI (commitment documents in Funds Management)


• FMIOICCN (locked entries marked for the commitment in Funds Management

)
Note: This table is only relevant for the Netherlands

• FMIT (totals table for Funds Management)

The program also deletes documents that have already been carriedforward to a later fiscal year with the commitments carryforward(RFFMCCF1). Fiscal year change information goesmissing during this process. If you do not want to delete thesedocuments, select Do not delete documents in FYC.
Note: This program also deletes the data for business tripcommitments (value type 52). However, there is no SAP program availableat the moment for reconstructing this data.

Features

Selection
You can restrict the selection of the documents in the following way:


• Company code


• Fiscal year

All data including "to fiscal year" is deleted.

• No. of reference document

All data including "to document number" is deleted.

• Value type

All data including "to value type" is deleted.

Output
You can display a list of the deleted documents (update run) or of thedocuments to be deleted (test run). To do this, select log whenyou execute the program. If you chose Do not delete documents inFYC, the documents selected for the commitments carryforward as "nondeleteable" are displayed too.
If you do not select log, the results of the program run are notshown on the screen.
If a BW system is connected to this OLTP system, the line items forInfoSource "0PU_IS_PS_31" are also deleted in BW.
