Deleting Actual Data (free selection)

Purpose
This program deletes the line items of the actual data for the documentsselected in Funds Management and adjusts the corresponding totalsrecords.
The program resets the following tables

• FMIFIHD (FI header table Funds Management)


• FMIFIIT (FI line item table Funds Management)


• FMIT (totals tables for Funds Management)

The program also deletes all documents that were already carried forwardto a later fiscal year with the commitment carryforward(RFFMCCF1). The fiscal year change information goesmissing in this process. If you do not want to delete these documents,select Do not delete documents in FYC
.

Features

Selection
You can restrict the selection of the documents in the following way:


• Company code


• Fiscal year

All data is deleted including the "to fiscal year".

• Document number

All data is deleted including the "to document number".
You can adjust the assigned values during the program run if required byselecting Adjust Assigned Values. If you want to delete largeramounts of data, you should adjust the assigned values after the programrun using the program Reconstruction of Availability Control inFunds Management (BPINDX04/05).

Output
You can display a list of the deleted documents (update run), or of thedocuments to be deleted (test run). Select Log when you executethe program. If you selected Do not delete documents in FYC, thedocuments already carried forward are displayed as "cannot be deleted".
If you do not select log, the results of the program run do notappear on the screen.
If this OLTP system is connected to a BW system, the line items for theInfoSource "0PU_IS_PS_32" are also deleted in the Business InformationWarehouse.
