Description
The program checks for inconsistencies between annual and period values.If the sum of the period values differs from the annual value, an outputis produced reporting these differences. The check is done on fourvalues: annual values in the transaction and ledger currency, anddistributed values in the transaction and ledger currency.
If the program encounters inconsistencies in the master data of theentities concerned, it simply skips these entities.

Output
For every financial management area, fund, functional area, version, andfiscal year, a list is produced containing information about:

• Funds center and commitment item


• Value type, activity, budget subtype, and transaction currency


• Year and distributed values for transaction and ledger currency


• The corresponding sums of period values

The user names of funds centers and commitment items differ from thetechnical names used for the fields of the database table. There is apushbutton you can use to change between the user view and the technicalview.
