The report checks whether documents can be archived as described in thedocumentation for fields TLOREO-LR1, TLOREO-LR2, and TLOREO-LR3. For more information, see the documentation for the table fields. The processing is controlled by the fields TLOREO-LR1, TLOREO-LR2, andTLOREO-LR3. Documents that cannot be archived are stored in table LRBKPF. The documents are archived using the archiving program for FIdocuments, SAPF048. It is only if one of the indicators TLOREO-LR1,TLOREO-LR2, or TLOREO-LR3 is selected that one of the following reasonsdecides whether the document is archived with SAPF048 or not. Any documents that exist in table LRBKPF are not archived by SAPF048. All documents whose posting date, or clearing date if the item ismanaged on a line item basis, is after the date of the last logicaldocument reorganization run are not archived. |
