Purpose
Using this report, you can restructure migration files in the binarylayout required for the IS-U migration workbench.

Features
You can restructure files that have the following original formats:
File with a 4 byte length field (on the application server)
Text file (on the application server)
Text file (on the work station)
Text files do not possess an information data record. The field contentsin text files are divided by tabs.
