Program for Filling the Time Zone Fields in the Incident/Accident Logand Injury/Illness Log

Purpose
You must execute the program if you subsequently activate the use oftime zones. The program adds the time zone inexisting data records. When the conversion program is run, it entersthe system time zone.

Features
The program can be executed in test mode. In this case it does not makeany changes in the database, but logs any changes that would be made.
