Purpose
With this report program you can create statistics for a defined periodof time on the measured agents per regulatory list (for example, persubstance list).

Prerequisites
So that the system can display the regulatory lists, you must havestored them in the specification database under the reference value forthe respective agent.

Features
The program determines the following information for each regulatorylist:

• Number of measured agents


• Number of measured values


• Number of reference value overruns


• Number of test persons


• Number of persons assigned to the work areas in which samples were taken
by means of the link to Organizational Management (PA-OS)
The program collects the agents for which no regulatory list was storedtogether under regulatory lists "without values."

Selection
You must specify the following parameters on the selection screen:


• The time period to be evaluated ("From date", "To date")


• The key date on which the underlying measurement projects and
measurements must be valid
The program evaluates all measurement projects that are valid on boththe key date and on at least one day within the selection period.
