Purpose
With this report program you can create a list for selectedwork areas in accordancewith §16 of the German hazardous substance directive, which contains thehazardous substances used in the work areas.
"Hazardous substance" is defined as follows in this context:

• An agent to which a
material is assigned

• An agent that is a material (agent type HAZ_MAT)

Prerequisites
The following prerequisites must be fulfilled before you can use theprogram:


• The various settings for value determination must have been made under
Specify Measurement Items in Customizing for IndustrialHygiene and Safety.

• Within risk assessment, agents must have been assigned to the work
areas.

• If statements about R phrases, S phrases, hazard symbols, and water
pollution class have to be made, this data must have been specifiedunder the respective substances in specification management.

• If statements on warehouse stocks, goods receipts, and goods issues have
to be made, the storagelocations must have been linked to the respective work areas usingthe data integration function. The quantities must then have beentransferred to the work areas using the amount determinationfunction.
