SAP Program REA_PPM_ARCH - Analyze and Archive Prepayment Documents

Purpose
This report is the first step in archiving prepayment documents. Itincludes:
The analysis of prepayment documents with regards to possible archiving
Writing prepayment documents in an archive file based on the analysisrun in the first step

The archiving object includes the following the following prepaymentdocument data:

  • EPPMHEADER: Header table for prepayment meter

  • EPPMDEBTOPBELNR: Documents transferred to the prepayment meter

  • EPPMDEBT: Table on debt adjustment via prepayment meter

  • EPPMRR: Recovery rate amounts stored in the meter

  • EPPM_QS03: Application for automated meter reading

  • EPPM_QS06: Supplier query

  • EPPM_QS07: Supplier complaint

  • EPPM_QS08: Rate change data

  • EPPM_QS09: Reason for meter decommission

  • INCLUDE ISU_ARCH_AOBJ_PPM OBJECT DOKU ID TX
    INCLUDE ISU_ARCH_TRANSAKTIONEN OBJECT DOKU ID TX

    Features
    The following prepayment documents are selected using the archivingreport:

    • Documents that are within the defined area of the prepayment numbers
    • andcontract
      • Documents that have the status not used or not used due to
      • supplier change
        • Documents with expired retention periods

        • You can define the retention period in Customizing under 'DefineRetention Period for Archiving Objects'.
          The BAdI EBI_PPM_ARCHIVE enables you todefine checks for determining the suitability of documents for archivingin a second analysis process. For further information on this, read theBAdI documentation.

          Selection
          When you start the report, you can select several settings on theinitial screen:

          • Document number: Limits the amount of data to be analyzed to
          • certain prepayment document numbers
            • Contract: Limits the amount of data to be analyzed to certain
            • contracts
              • Test run: If you start the report as a test run, no changes are
              • made to the database
                • Productive run: Changes are made to the database

                • Detailled log: Detailed log containing extensive data on every
                • data record analyzed (can be confusing with large amounts of data)
                  • Archive run comment: Enter individual comment for a archive run
