Maintain and display backlog entries

Purpose
This transaction provides you with a detailed view of a specific backlogentry for a specific installation.
You have access to an overview of all errors in this installation aswell as all corrections that were already made either manually orusing a BRE run (transaction BREE).
If manual corrections are required, the agent should set the correctionflag once the error has been corrected. The installation will then beincluded in the clean-up process.
This transaction is integrated in the agent inbox (transaction WAR orreport REA_WORKLIST). As a result, the agentnormally works with the inbox and not with this transaction.
The following functions make error analysis easier:

• Consistency check (validity of backlog entry based on interactions)


• Billing periods (billing situation and customer overview)


• Other messages (overview of all fields)


• Progress (status with generation date for static set)
