Purpose
This report is the second step in the process of archiving events in theAMI environment. The report deletes events on the basis of the archivethat was created previously.
The archiving object related to the archiving is called ISU_AMIEVT
.

• To find the definition of the archiving object and the related
Customizing settings, use the AOBJ transaction.

• To find the archiving administration and the related Customizing
settings, use the SARA transaction.

• To find the technical view of archived log messages, use the SARI
transaction.

Integration
The archiving of events includes the following reports:
Archiving report (REAMIEM_EVENT_ARCH
)
The system analyzes the events and writes archivable entries in thearchive file.
Deletion report (REAMIEM_EVENT_DELETE
)
The system deletes the entries based on the previously created archivefile from the database tables.

Selection
When you start the report, you can make the following settings on theinitial screen:


• Test Mode: Starts the report as a test run. The system does not
make any changes in the database.

• Production Mode: Starts the report as a production run. The
system makes changes in the database.

• Detail Log: Displays a log that contains extensive data for every
analyzed data record.
Note: The log may be hard to read as it contains large amounts ofdata.
