Evaluate a billing run for mass billing

Purpose
This report evaluates a billing run for mass billing and providesdeatailed and general information on this run.

• Detailed information

All installations that were processed for mass billing in the billingrun are displayed in a list. You can navigate to a list with newlycreated billing document numbers for installations that have beensuccessfully billed. You can follow the development of an installationduring the billing run as well as its development up to the present day.
Several schedules are listed:
End of the billing run: Displays the end of the billing period beforethe billing run
End after billing run: Displays the end of the billing period after thebilling run
End today: Displays the current end of the billing period, i.e. up toXY date. Installations that have improved since the billing run arehighlighted in green. Installation with billing periods that end earlierthan they did immediately after the run are highlighted in red.Installations that have not changed are highlighted in yellow.

• General Information

The system displays statistics that contain the number of installationsincluded in this billing run for mass billing. You can also see whichinstallations have improved or deteriorated.
Certain installations in a database table can be saved for furtherprocessing.
You can save the following:
All affected billing documents
All successfully invoiced installations
All installations that have been partially invoiced - which are allthose with at least one terminated billing order
All installations with terminated billing orders
You must enter an ID for every set that you want to save.
