Purpose
You can use this program to create standard templates for particularuser interfaces of the Cross-Application Time Sheet. Standard templatescontain frequently usedworking time attributes.

Integration
You can use standard templates in the following user interfaces of theCross-Application Time Sheet:

• CATS classic


• CATS regular

Features
You can use this program to define any user's existing personaltemplate as the standard template for a particular data entry profile.If a user has not created a personal template, the system uses thestandard template when the user accesses time recording using this dataentry profile.
You require a personal template to create a standard template becausethe system carries out all necessary checks, such as checking thevalidity of account assignment objects, only when a personal templateis created in the Time Sheet.
If you have defined a personal template as the standard template, youcan delete the personal template. Any subsequent changes to thepersonal template do not affect the standard template.
