Description
This program determines existing released reports that were storedexclusively in the DRAW table before version 2.1 of EHS. It alsogenerates entries from these reports in the ESTDH table. This tablecontains the reports as of version 2.1.
The program can be reset. This means that it can be repeated any numberof times.

Precondition
The number range CVD_RECN must exist and the interval 01 must bemaintained for this number range.
