Description
The asset chart makes it possible to print out all information on thehistory of an asset on a freely definable SAPscript layout set. Youhave to enter the layout set in the asset class. The report uses thislayout set for all assets that belong to this asset class.

Procedure
RESET N1
Use the standard layout set (FIAA_F001), or define your own layout set,if necessary (see the Implementation Guide).
Enter this layout set in your asset classes.
Make sure that the indicator for asset history is set in all the assetmaster records, for which you want to create an asset chart.
Start the report.

Note
You can enter a maximum of three different depreciation areas in theselection screen of the report. If you enter * in the first areafield, the report outputs all depreciation areas for the respectiveasset.

Output
The output of the report depends on the layout set used. Thestandard layout set contains the following information:

• all master data


• changes to master data


• development of annual values (year, APC, depreciation, book value)


• depreciation areas with depreciation terms


• posting documents


• long texts for the asset
