Purpose
Deletion of archived question lists from the database

Integration
This function is part of the archiving of archiving object PLM_QUM incomponent Audit Management (CA-AUD).

Prerequisites
To be able to delete question lists, these must first have been archivedvia the write program PLM_AUDIT_ARC_QUM_WRITE.

Features
The question lists are deleted from the database along with thecorresponding questions using the deletion program.
You can use the BAdI Archiving ObjectPLM_QUM: Add-On for Specific Data (ARC_PLM_QUM_WRITE) to delete theadditional data related to the question list from the database. Thisdata must also be archived before deletion.

Standard_variants
The standard variant SAP&TEST is available for the test run and SAP&PROD
for the productive run.

Output
A summarized or a detailed log is created. You can control this usingthe indicator Detail Log.

Activities
If the deletion program is not started automatically after the writeprogram, you can start the deletion program via the transaction SARAusing a corresponding job for the archiving object PLM_QUM.
