Description
You can use this program to archive and delete the following stockrecords:

• Batch stock records


• Consignment stock records


• Other special stock records

The system checks the relevant tables for all of the selected materials.
If the check shows that the corresponding entries can be deleted, thesystem archives these entries and possible entries in dependent tables.

Restrict Selection
Using program parameters, you can specify which stock records should bearchived and deleted.
For batch and consignment stock records, you have the followingpossibilities:


• Only archive and delete those records that are flagged for deletion

In this case, do not set the indicator Consider batch recordswithout deletion flag or Consider consignment records withoutdeletion flag.

• Archive and delete all records for which this is possible (regardless of
whether the records are flagged for deletion)
In this case, set the indicator.
In the cases listed above, the system checks whether the records can bedeleted before doing so.
For batches you also have the following possibilities:

• Indicator Check expiration data

In this case, the expiration date of the batch must be before the systemdate so that the affected batch can be processed.

• Indicator Only consider batch stock records without stock set

In this case, the system only archives and deletes stock segmentswithout stock, but not master data.

• Selection parameter batch number for restructuring the program to
certain batches.

• Selection parameter Retention time of original batch for
additional entry of the retention time in days. This entry determineshow long an original batch remains in the system.
