Purpose
XPRA checks tables MBEW, EBEW, QBEW and OBEW for entries beginning with
KALN1. Consequently, cost estimate numbers are issued and the entries
are set.
Next, the secondary index ML1 is set to UNIQUE and activated for each
table.
