Description
Program J_1SMABU generates suspensions for subscription orders viabatch input. It also creates a list of errors, notes and changenotifications.
The changes are made at item level by creating a limited suspension.
If ONE suspension already exists in the selection period, one or twosuspensions are generated for the period before and/or after it. Ifmore than one suspension exists, the item is listed in theerror/message log. The existing suspensions must be changed manually.
If redirections or additional copy redirections exist in the selectionperiod, the procedure is the same as for existing suspensions.

Notes
The specified selection period for which the suspensions are to becreated is checked as follows:
The latest order deadline is determined for the selected publications(or for all publications if you did not specify selection criteria).The specified valid-from date must be earlier than or the same as theorder deadline determined + 1 day.

Precondition
You can only use this function if the orders in question are created as'orders with a schedule line'.

Selection criteria:
You can restrict the selection of orders to be changed by specifyingthe following selection criteria:

  • Country (REQUIRED)

  • Normal delivery country
    • Postal code (OPTIONAL)

    • The postal code refers to the ship-to party address
      • Delivery type (REQUIRED)

      • Publication (REQUIRED)

      • Edition (OPTIONAL)

      • Mix type (OPTIONAL)

      • Order type (OPTIONAL)
      • Controls:
        Processing is controlled by the following settings:

        • Suspension from-to (REQUIRED)

        • The suspension is generated for this period.
          • Test run (OPTIONAL)

          • Selected -> no batch input session is created
            Blank -> production run, a batch input session is created
            • Errors/notes (OPTIONAL)

            • Selected -> list is created
              Blank -> list is not created
              • Change log (OPTIONAL)

              • Selected -> changes are logged
                Blank -> changes are not logged
