Description
This report is used to print the annual returns of deduction of tax
from payments made to contractors , subcontractors considering form
no 26 C as the basic layout.

Precondition
The withholding tax must be paid to the government for invoices /
Downpayments etc and then cert. must also be printed with thesedetails.
