Set up document number ranges for print documents

Purpose

Features
This report uses FI_CA posting areas R400, R500 and R900 and tablesTFK003/TFK003b to determine which FI-CA document types andcorresponding number ranges were used in document number assignment forinvoicing.
These document types are copied to the new document type tableTE003/TE003b, which was created especially for the print documents.
The number ranges are copied from the number range object FKK_BELEG toobject ISU_ERDK.
A document type is assigned for each print document creation reason.
