Copy service provider data (G/L Account) from table ESERVPROV toESERVPROVKONT.

Integration
Because you can now allocate more than one G/L account or contractaccount to a service provider (Contact Account Aggregated BillPayment), table ESERVPROVKONT has been created. You can use XPRA's tocopy the G/L accounts HKONT to this table.
