Create points of deliery for all the installations in theInstallation table (EANL)

Activities
The system creates points ofdelivery based on the entries in the tables Point of deliveryheader data (EUIHEAD) and Allocation of installation to point ofdelivery (EUIINSTLN). The points of delivery are created in thederegulation role. Technical points of delivery are notcreated.
The points of delivery are created as follows:
The installations are selected from the Installation table,sorted by premise.
For each premise, the system determines 2 installations that correpondto the dual contract model. These 2 installations must meet thefollowing criteria:
Both installations must have the same division.
Both installations must have been allocated a service type (servicefrom the Service type table (TECDE)).
One of the installations must have the service type Distributioncompany (01).
The other installation must have the service type Supplier (02).
The Serv. cat field (Service category- internal fixed value forservice type)) is determined from the Service type table foreach service.
The system uses these criteria to determine that the installationscorrespond to the dual contract model.
It does not check the installation structure or the contracts thatbelong to the installations.
If the system can determine 2 installations that meet the criteria, thesystem creates one point of delivery for each of them.
If none of the installations meet the criteria, the systemcreates one point of delivery for each installation.
The points of delivery created here do not have an external number. Thesystem allocated the PoDs an external number later using a standardtransaction.
