Purpose
Copy service provider data (service ID) from table ESERVPROV to tableESERVPROVP.

Integration
Because there is now a seperate transaction (EEDMIDESERVPROV0x (1,2,3))for maintaining master data (create, display, change) and the headerdata is found in two tables (ESERVPROV and ESERVPROVP), it is necessaryto copy service ID's that do not exist in ESERVPROVP from tableESERVPROV.
