Purpose
The report creates a grid for each existing distributor (in theESRVPROV table) with an identical name.
For each link between a distributor and the regional structure (tablesADRCITYCCS and ADRSTRTCCS), the report creates a link between theregional structure and the correpsonding gird (tables EADRCITYGRID andEADRSTRTGRID).
