Conversion of CO-PA Interface; TKKVCOPA

Purpose
The field assignment between CO-PA fields and the payment planinterface was defined before Collections/Disbursements Release4.71 in the TKKCOPA table.
This unchanged for the old invoice interface. However, for the paymentplan interface, the field assignment is stored in the TKKV_ICOPAtable. The system creates the TKKV_ICOPA table from theTKKVCOPA table; this assumes that TKKVCOPA contains thesame entries for all clients.

Features
As TKKVCOPA is client-dependent, the result must always bechecked using the IMG. The TKKV_ICOPA table can always bemaintained by hand, using the IMG.
