Purpose
The report program INST_TMS_ADD_PRD calls this report programafter the Ready-to-Run installation to add the production system to thetransport domain.

Reads the TMS configuration. The system must exist. The destinationmust exist.
Sends back the configuration. The new system (production system) mustbe accepted.
Distributes the domain configuration.
Defines the new system (production system) as the domain controller.
Redistributes the domain configuration.
Distributes the WBO configuration to all systems and activates it.
