Description
Program that generates form 14-02 from the Venezuelan Social InsuranceInstitute (IVSS), that contains the information required for theregistration and control of insured employees.
This form should be issued each time a worker registers with the IVSSor there is a change in any of their personal details, such as, forexample:
Change of ID.
Registration of a new family member.

Precondition
To execute the report, you must indicate the issue date and thepersonnel number of the worker.

Output
Form 14-02 is generated, according to the format established by theIVSS.
